Was a fantastic base for trip. Everything at this great budget hotel was great as we expected. It had absolutely perfect and incredible location, close to airport, the terminal, and the restaurant. They offered us gorgeous meals, had lots of options to choose from.

A great selection of food for breakfast, which was freshly made to satisfy everyone.

The restaurant was great with different meals here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

It was real good stay, I really enjoyed good food.

overall it was well laid out and large with adequate beds. the breakfast offered a good choice of fresh meals. for our trip the location was magnificent, short walk to the noi bai international airport, the terminal and a supermarket.

Good for one night. Lovely welcoming place, great for trip. Breakfast with toasts and fruit. Particularly good magnificent location, very close to the airport so perfect for halts. And really close to the bus station, a supermarket and the restaurant.

My stay here was really good. The accommodation was spotless, the room was a nice size. Thanks to the very attentive and thoughtful staff everything was modern:)))

The location was marvellous - just next door to the center and very suitable for passengers in transit and a taxi.

However, the hotel did have a couple of positive aspects. The location of the hotel was convenient, especially for early departures and late arrivals into Hanoi. It was close to both domestic and international airports, making it a good choice for travelers who wanted easy access to the airports. the staff were quite helpful and accommodating. They offered to keep my luggage for three days while I went on a side trip to Halong Bay. This saved me from the hassle of carrying my luggage around. while the hotel had a few positive aspects, the negative experiences overshadowed them and I would not recommend staying here.

the room was not properly cleaned. The sheets and pillows had a strange smell and were yellow, indicating that they were not washed thoroughly.

The free pick-up service from the airport at New Airport Hotel was incredibly convenient. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The small restaurant had a limited menu, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
